At Care Culture, we’re redefining workplace mental health — making it feel human, compassionate, and culturally attuned.

We help organizations move beyond surface-level well-being efforts by integrating meaningful, ongoing mental health support.
Our tools and services are proactive, culturally sensitive, and designed to create safer, more inclusive workplaces — where mental health is embedded into the culture, not treated as a reactive measure.

Our Core Values

Meet The Founder…

I’m Vanessa, a registered Mental Health Practitioner and the founder of Care Culture. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how mental health is often sidelined in the workplace — treated as an afterthought or only addressed during crisis.

Care Culture is about rewriting that narrative.

By combining clinical knowledge with real human understanding, my mission is to help organizations implement meaningful, inclusive mental well-being strategies — because when we care for our people, everyone thrives
